DAY 1. : Depart London on direct flight to Beijing
DAY 2. : BEIJING : Arrive in Beijing and transfer to your hotel for 3 nights (D)
DAY 3. : BEIJING: A full day tour including Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. In the afternoon an opportunity to visit the Old Town (Hutong area) by rickshaw. In the evening a chance to see the Peking Opera (B/L/D)
DAY 4 BEIJING: A full day visit to the breathtaking Great Wall and to the less crowded Mutianyu section. A memorable walk a long this section offers some amazing scenery. Return to Beijing and in the evening you can enjoy a wonderful Beijing Duck Banquet (B/L/D)
DAY 5 BEIJING / XIAN: Depart the hotel and a morning visit to the Summer Palace, the seasonal retreat for the Qing Emperors. After lunch, drive to the airport for the flight to Xian. Transfer to the hotel for 2 nights. (B/ L/D)
DAY 6 XIAN: Half day visit to the site of the Terracotta Warriors east of Xian on return to the city a visit to the Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. In the evening Tang Dynasty Dinner Show. (B/L/
DAY 7 XIAN /HANGZHOU: At leisure in Xian before lunch and transfer to the airport for the 2 hour flight to Hangzhou. Transfer to your hotel for a 2 night stay. (B/L/)
DAY 8 HANGZHOU :Leisurely sightseeing in Hangzhou including a visit to Huagang Park and the scenic West Lake plus a visit to the Dragon Well tea plantation. (B/L/D)
DAY 9 HANGZHOU / SHANGHAI: After breakfast drive to Shanghai via Wuzhen water town for a short visit and lunch stop. Continue on to Shanghai and transfer to your hotel for 3 nights
DAY 10 SHANGHAI: A full day sightseeing in Shanghai including a visit to Yu Yuan Gardens, Old Town and the Bund area plus a visit to the Shanghai Museum & Jade Buddha Temple. In the evening, enjoy a visit to the Shanghai Acrobatic Show. (B/L/D)
DAY 11 SHANGHAI: Free at leisure in Shanghai. Alternatively, join an optional day tour by train to the garden city of SUZHOU. Visit some of the classical gardens and enjoy a ride a boat ride on one of the many canals of this fascinating city.
DAY 12 SHANGHAI / GUILIN:Depart hotel and transfer to the airport for the flight to Guilin. On arrival transfer to your hotel for 2 nights (B/L/D)
DAY 13 GUILIN: Full day excursion with cruise on the Li River and a visit to the local town of Yangshou . Return back by road to Guilin. (B/L/D)
DAY 14 GULIN / HONG KONG:Morning visit to the Reed Flute Cave and in the afternoon transfer to the airport for your 1 hour flight to Hong Kong. After clearing immigration formalities transfer to your hotel for a 3 night stay on a room only basis. (B/L)
DAY 15 & 16 HONG KONG: Free at leisure in Hong Kong. Various excursions are available.
DAY 17 HONG KONG & HOME: Relax in the morning before checking out of the hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight. Arrival will be the same day or early next morning depending on flight departure time/s.
